Extended Access to Primary Medical Services
Evening and weekend appointments now available

From 1st October 2018 everyone in England will benefit from access to general practice appointments in the evenings and weekends at a time that is most convenient to them.
This is part of a national drive to help improve access to general practice and get the best possible outcomes for patients.

Patients who are registered at this practice can now book an appointment to see a range of clinicians including GPs and nurses on weekday evenings (after 6.30pm) or at the weekend (on Saturday and Sunday).

As part of our Extended Hours Access service we can offer routine appointments with a GP, Practice Nurse and Health Care Assistant.
All appointments are based at Clee Medical Centre, Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes.

These appointments are arranged via Dr Qureshi Surgery.

Out of Hours Service is available from 18.30 to 08:00 on weekdays and from 18:30 Friday to 08:00 Monday. The Out of Hours service is available for all Bank Holidays.

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
